I stayed in to ensure a good night’s sleep for work in the morning. I’m wide awake. The best laid plans…

I wrote my resolutions. I pinned them up so I can see them every day. They will stare at me and I will stare at them and maybe they will embed themselves in my brain and I will do them all of them or some of them or none of them. We’ll see. I’ll see. I’ll be. Or I won’t.

I’m not very good at doing the things I know I should do, the things I should do for myself and no one else. I wonder why. Every day, I wonder. And get frustrated angry sad at myself and wish wish wish I was more… or less… something.
